All orders are fulfilled and shipped to us through our partnering distributors and will be shipped to you using FedEx, UPS, or USPS and can take from 3 to 7 business days from order date to ship depending on item. Shipping delays may occur, please be patient. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via FedEx, UPS, and USPS Priority Mail. Items and/or orders that go out-of-stock between order placement, and fulfillment at the distributor will be automatically cancelled. Due to the process of order fulfillment, orders wishing to be cancelled should be requested as soon as possible. Once an order has been sent to distribution and/or is fulfilled, the order is unable to be cancelled and may incur a 25% re-stocking fee on returned items.
