AMMUNITION RETURN POLICY
All ammunition sales are final. We do not accept any returns on ammunition. All ammunition quality control issues must be address directly with the manufacturer.  

FIREARMS POLICY FOR FIREARMS PURCHASED FROM OBERON ARMS LLC – NO FIREARM RETURNS!! Please take your time to inspect all firearms thoroughly BEFORE proceeding with the transfer. Once a new firearm is transferred to you, it is considered used, even if unfired. Consequently, we will not accept returns on firearms once they have been transferred into your possession. Upon discovering a defect AFTER the transfer, the firearm MUST be returned directly to the the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty policy). Manufacturer repaired firearms can be returned directly to the customer without additional FFL transfer or associated fees. Keep in mind. Any customized gun may void the manufacturer warranty and not be covered for repairs or replacement even if the gun has never been fired.

REFUND POLICY – All items will be taken on a case by case basis. Oberon Arms LLC will have final say on if the item can be returned, replaced, or refunded. Expendable items cannot be returned/refunded once open and used. Contact us before returning any items. There is a 25% restock fee for all returned/refunded items. No returns after 30 days.
